STP Unit 6: Risk Management & Problem Solving

Tuesday Evenings - 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.

This course will cover the roles and responsibilities of a construction supervisor in accident prevention and loss control.

Unit 6 explores:


- What is risk
- Human performance risk
- Reactive problem solving
- Proactive problem solving
- Labor costs and subcontractor risk
- Safety, risk, emergencies, and crisis management
- Risk management
- Risk specific solutions 
     
Registration Information (deadline to register is February 18, 2016)  
Enrollment for each class will be limited to the first 25 participants on a first come, first serve basis.  However, the Professional Development Policy Committee reserves the right to limit the number of enrollees from one company.  

Enrollment fee is $250 per unit for AGC of Missouri Members and $500 per unit for non-members.  Pay by credit card or use the enrollment form and send it with your check payable to:  AGC of Missouri, 6330 Knox Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO  63139.  

For craft workers in good standing with the Carpenters' District Council, AGC of Missouri will invoice the CDC on behalf of the craft worker.  Fees not paid for by the CDC are the responsibility of the registrant.
