Ballpark Village Phase II is projected to be a $220 million project, which will include 10 floors of office space and a two-story retail structure next to the current Ballpark Village. The apartment tower, office building and retail structure would complete the southern half of the redevelopment area. The development anticipates creating 1,500 construction and 1,000 permanent jobs. The design has been done by Hord Coplan Macht, a Baltimore architecture firm that also designed a 24-story apartment building for Cordish’s Power & Light District project in downtown Kansas City.
