Industry studies have found that up to 2.84% of annual construction $ budgets can be lost by using inefficient project management processes and systems.  This course provides general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineering firms, and owners expert advice on how to identify which processes to use, how to develop consensus on their functional requirements, and to implement them in a project management system.
