Mark joined Koman in 2013 to grow the real estate portfolio proactively into multifamily, urban, and mixed-use spaces. Mark brings over 24 years’ experience in the strategic planning, development, operations, and construction of over $200 million in portfolio and third party endeavors.
With a long standing background in multifamily development Mark has taken the lead on the three Purpose Built Student Housing Developments that Koman has been involved with, 120 units-Edge at SIUE Edwardsville, 240 units- The Edge on Euclid across from Cleveland State University, as well as the 220 unit-The Everly, servicing Washington University in St. Louis. In addition, Mark has had his hand in the Mixed Use 72 luxury apartment housing project “The Euclid” in the Central West End of St. Louis MO and Clayton on The Park, a 212 luxury high rise in Clayton MO. Mark served as project lead on the development of 25,000 sq. ft. Specialty Grocer in the St. Louis Metro area.
