CLC Mission Statement
The Construction Leadership Council (CLC) is committed to providing a forum in which members can network, exchange ideas and promote both personal and professional development.
CLC Purpose
- To be an open forum for exchanging ideas.
- To be an entry vehicle into AGCMO activities and promote new member involvement.
- To foster a strong network among peers.
- To create and promote industry innovation.
- To discuss important issues and provide feedback to AGCMO leaders.
- To support student chapters and workforce development goals.
- To provide leadership opportunities and develop future AGCMO leaders.
CLC Structure
The Construction Leadership Council is a forum where members can network, share, learn, socialize and exchange ideas important to early and mid-career construction professionals.
At-large membership provides automatic access to quarterly programs, networking opportunities, communication channels and much more. Annual dues are very nominal. For a membership application and additional information, click below:
Leadership and guidance is provided by the CLC Steering Committee. The Steering Committee has a chair and vice chair. Approved Steering Committee members rotate off after a full three year period. The past chair may serve a fourth year if he/she was serving as the chair during their third year. At-large members are eligible to serve on the Steering Committee after one year as a CLC member. At-large CLC members can immediately serve on sub-committees related to fundraising, professional development and student chapters.
CLC Activities
The Steering Committee coordinates fundraising, educational and social activities throughout the year. A large percentage of event proceeds are typically earmarked to support the AGCMO Education Foundation’s scholarship program and various student chapters throughout Missouri.

Topgolf Industry Mixer (Spring)
Build-A-Brat Picnic (June)
Glow Ball Golf Tournament (September)
Professional Development – Speaker Series (Quarterly)
Student Chapter Engagement (Whenever Possible)
