We’re extremely excited that you’re considering membership in the AGC of Missouri!  We know you’ll find plenty of Return on Investment at every turn.  For specific questions about categories or dues as you prepare to complete your application, contact Steve Loos, Vice President of Membership at 1-844-60-MOAGC, ext. 1003.

We have multiple membership categories to suit our diverse industry.  Please review the titles/descriptions below and choose the one that’s best for you and your company.  Then, click through on each title to learn more about the options and see the applications.


Contractor Members
These companies self-perform or act as construction managers on at least 50% of their jobs as prime contractors.  Provisional (New) Contractor Members pay volume dues after year one but are eligible for all local and national benefits/services immediately.  Emerging Contractor Members are eligible for reduced dues rates but also have access to local and national benefits/services immediately.


Construction Manager Members
These companies do not self-perform on any projects and
are Construction Managers on 100% of their projects.  Provisional (New) Construction Manager Members pay volume dues after year one but are eligible for all local and national benefits/services immediately.  Emerging Construction Manager Members are eligible for reduced dues rates but also have access to local and national benefits/services immediately.


Joint Ventures
This is a business entity created by two or more parties to perform a particular job.  For the Joint Venture to be listed separately and not pay volume dues independently, all parties must be Contractor Members and report work volume at their own firms.  It’s mandatory for a Joint Venture Member to report volume dues independently if one of the companies is not a current AGC of Missouri Member. Such members also receive membership benefits with the Associated General Contractors of America.


Specialty Contractor Members
These companies perform more than twenty five percent (25%) of their work as a subcontractor and
perform less than fifty percent (50%) of their work as a prime contractor.  Specialty Contractor Members pay volume dues and are eligible for all local and national benefits/services immediately.  Emerging Specialty Contractor Members are eligible for reduced dues rates but also have access to local and national benefits/services immediately.


Supplier/Service Provider Members
These companies supply or manufacture construction materials, provide insurance, bonds, equipment or render a service to those in the construction industry.  Supplier/Service Provider Members pay annual dues (flat fee) and are eligible for all local and national benefits/services immediately.  Emerging Supplier/Service Provider Members are eligible for reduced dues rates but also have access to local and national benefits/services immediately.


Industry Partner Members
Industry Partners are any individuals or companies that perform primarily as an Owners Representative, Program Manager or Developer.  Industry Partner members pay annual dues (flat fee) and have specific local/national benefits as determined by the AGC of Missouri Board of Directors.  This includes immediate access to all local discount programs and select AGC of America benefits/services.


Individual Members
This is an individual with a dedicated interest in the construction industry including a governmental official, public agency official, educator or student.  Industry Partner Members pay annual dues (flat fee) and have limited local benefits as determined by the AGC of Missouri Board of Directors with no national benefits/affiliations
