Purpose The purpose of the Associated General Contractors of Missouri follows: To promote skill, responsibility and integrity within the Missouri construction industry. To promote and support safety to construction workers and the public. To promote the advancement of the construction industry of the State of Missouri. To promote and advance new methods of and specifications for construction. To establish a good working relationship between the owner, the contractor and his employees. To represent the heavy, highway and municipal utility construction interests within its jurisdiction, as chartered by the Associated General Contractors of America.
