BITUMINOUS INSURANCE COMPANIES
(September, 2007)
Effective September 1, 2007, The AGC of Missouri Board of Directors has endorsed a safety group insurance program through Bituminous Casualty Insurance Companies offering an all lines dividend program. Bituminous is an A+ rated insurer, rated by Best’s Key Rating Guide.
Dividends will be available for Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Automobile, Inland Marine and Property lines of coverage once target thresholds are met. There is no cost to participate in the program.
All account participants will be accepted or rejected, rated and underwritten on their own merits and an individual policy or policies will be issued to each. All policies subject to the dividend plan will contain an endorsement stating that the insured is included with the safety group. Submissions will be accepted from any Bituminous agent. There will be no common expiration date for participants. Current AGC of Missouri member Bituminous customers can be brought into the plan at their upcoming renewal when accepted in the plan.
