During the most recent legislative session the Missouri General Assembly passed sweeping reforms to Missouri’s Prevailing Wage statutes. It is not presumed that Governor Mike Parson will veto this legislation and that, in fact, it will become law. AGC of Missouri was deeply engaged in the legislative process on this bill. Both Len Toenjes and Denise Hasty will offer our members the most up-to-date information available on the changes to the law, what they mean to contractors and the wage reporting procedure, and the implementation and enforcement of the law in the future.
