(Total Eclipse will occur at 1:14:19 pm with a duration time of 2 minutes and 29 seconds).
Don’t be all alone in the dark – come sky-gaze with us from the lawn at the AGC Office, overlooking the beautiful Missouri State Capitol Building.
AGC of Missouri will host an Eclipse Viewing BBQ
11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
• Burgers & Hot Dogs – Eric Strope w/Buckley Powder will be our grill master serving burgers & hot dogs straight off the grill along with all the fixins’.
• $50 Per Car Load – Parking is limited – Please car-pool. Gather your friends, family and co-workers – all in the same vehicle – all for the same price. The parking lot holds approximately 30 vehicles (first come – first served.)
• Parking Lot Pass – Registrants will be issued a visor placard. With thousands of people expected in Jefferson City to view the Eclipse, the AGC parking lot will be restricted to only those vehicles displaying the AGC issued placard.
• What to Bring – Lawn chairs or blankets.
• Eclipse Glasses – Never look directly at the Sun, eclipsed or otherwise, without proper protective eye-wear. Attendees will be issued a souvenir UV protective pair of glasses.
Make your reservation today to ensure your parking space and the number of people in your vehicle to help us with lunch preparation. Register your car first, then you will be prompted to answer the question on how many people to register for lunch.
