Superintendent Training Program (STP)
The AGC of Missouri is offering the Superintendent Training Program (STP) in partnership with the Springfield Contractors Association (SCA), a program consisting of six two-day-long units (one unit every two weeks from January thru March), leading to the AGC of America nationally recognized STP Program Completion Certificate. The STP Program curriculum developed by AGC of America is designed for Entry-Level Superintendents and Foremen preparing to advance into Superintendent positions.
