Class 1: Understanding Contracts and Conditions and Pre-Bid Analysis and Bidding Preparations
March 23, 2023, 4pm-6pm
We will start off taking a deep dive into understanding what is standard in every contract and all conditions that come with them. Then we will dig into Pre-Bid Analysis, and considering whether this is a project your firm has the tools and manpower to accomplish as well as analyzing the capacity to turn a profit.
Class 2: Productivity Analysis and Methods of Determining Cost, Fees and Risks
April 27, 2023, 4pm-6pm
This class we will explore methods to determine the determining the costs, fees and the risks that your company will face if you're awarded the project- and we'll discuss the magnitude of those risks.

May 25, 2023, 4pm-6pm
