Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC)

February 4 & 5, 2020
Two-day class schedule: Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. - 4 p.m, Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
This course familiarizes contractor personnel with Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management concepts and procedures.
Training will include Contractor's Review; Quality Management Planning; Preconstruction Conference and Coordination Meeting; Submittals; Quality Management during Construction; Making the System Work; Resident Management System overview (RMS 3.0), a contract administration computer program.
To successfully complete this course, the student must be present for both days of class and achieve a passing grade of 70 on the written test given at the end of the course. A certificate will be issued to all students who satisfactorily complete the course. This certificate is valid for 5 years.
Fees: $200 per person.
