Will 2017 Bring Prosperity or Peril to Construction?
by Ken Simonson
Contractors did well overall in 2016, but not so much in Missouri. With new administrations in Washington and Jefferson City, contractors are hoping for more infrastructure funding and less regulation. But they may also encounter tougher trade and immigration policies that could drive away business and raise the cost of materials and labor. Ken Simonson will discuss these and other changes that promise to make 2017 an exciting year -- for better or worse -- or both.

AGCMO PAC Auction Items:
Our PAC fund balance is cyclical in that it ebbs and flows based upon election cycles. Having invested heavily in last year's elections, the AGCMO PAC is in its "rebuilding" phase, and the PAC Auction is a crucial element in rebuilding. Please take a moment to consider donating to our PAC Auction, whether it is cash, sporting events tickets, guided hunts, firearms, golf packages/accessories, framed prints, jewelry, etc. No donation is too big or too small. Let us hear from you. Please complete the PAC Auction form to let us know how you can help.
