SHUTTLE OPTION TO GET TO THE PAVILION:
Please note a shuttle service will be operating via park employees from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. To take advantage of this shuttle, enter the park from Weidman Road and park in the Corporate Pavilion lot as identified by signage. The shuttle will circle from this lot to the pavilion as quickly as possible.
PARK & WALK OPTIONS:
If you choose to walk from parking areas to the pavilion, here are the best options (both are 3-5 minutes):
- Park near the playground (from the Weidman Road side) and follow the walk path on the right side of the playground.
- Park in the lot off S. Mason road and walk down the hill between Jarville Gardens and the Jarville House.

Registration Tips:
AGCMO Members: If you have an account/profile in our database that's properly linked to your company, you can log-in and register online to get member pricing. If your other team members are properly linked to your company, click "Register Someone Else," names will appear in the drop-down box and you can register them at the same time. Please do not create new profile/s if you and your co-workers already have one.
Non-Members: Creating/utilizing a profile on the website will allow you to register yourself and guests at non-member rates. Every person will need a profile. Please do not create a new profile if you have done so in the past.
