Location: Construction Training School, St. Louis, MO
The MO Works Initiative is hosting a hiring day for their graduates of their cohort that are ready to work after 5 weeks of training in construction basics and union trade applicates. Please join AGCMO and MO Works Initiative on August 5, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a hiring event of the current cohort and past graduates that are still looking for work. On the 5th, you will have the opportunity to meet the ARC instructor, Jenn Clark Bader, an electrician who is doing an incredible job working with and preparing their students.
In case you've never had a chance to attend a contractor engagement event, here is what you can expect:
- Meet the graduates one-on-one
- Discuss your company and opportunities
- Hire eager and skilled individuals
By graduation, the ARC students will have completed the Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) with OSHA-10 and First Aid CPR training. They will have had hands-on experience at all union training centers, covered topics like blueprints, tools, and construction math, and adhered to a strict code of conduct.
If you would like to see the resumes of these outstanding candidates, please email Amber Parker at [email protected].
Many have overcome significant barriers, showcasing their dedication and potential.
