AGC of Missouri has partnered with Missouri's National Veterans Memorial in Perryville, Robinson Construction Company, Three Rivers College and the Wake Foundation to celebrate Contractors at the Wall.
We posed the question: What if we all worked together to develop a program that will educate and train our national heroes to work in the construction industry?
The Wake Foundation has received a $500,000 grant for getting veterans back to work. This program pays the first 3 months wages for veterans in hopes the company hires them full time. 100% of these funds are for veterans that reside in Southeast Missouri.
AGC of Missouri currently partners with Three Rivers College having developed a program designed to train and educate individuals for the construction industry. Our pilot project has already graduated 6 students, all of whom found immediate employment within the construction industry. The next class of 15 students is currently taking place in Kennett, Missouri.
Join us for the kickoff for the Wake Foundation/AGCMO/Three Rivers Partnership Program

Veterans don’t stop serving our country once they return home. They often mentor one another as they adjust to home life. They get involved in community projects or return to a productive workforce. Let’s get together at Missouri's National Veterans Memorial wall to explore our many opportunities to support our heartland veterans.
