VENDORS ARE ESSENTIAL

This is your opportunity to help high school students understand ALL of the career opportunities the construction industry has to offer through hands-on activities.

Think back to when you were in high school – did you enjoy attending a traditional career fair or college fair? Everyone was standing behind a table handing out brochures that talked about how to succeed in a certain industry or how pretty a campus was – BORING. Did you even take those brochures home or did they end up in the closest garbage can?

Sounds great – right? But what can you do in your booth that is hands-on? Here is a list of activities that have happened at past Build My Future events.

We strongly encourage contractors, specialty contractors, suppliers, community colleges, trade schools, colleges and unions to participate in and/or sponsor one or more Build My Future events. YOUR FUTURE WORKFORCE IS OUT THERE – it’s up to you to help them understand the bright future they can have in the construction industry.

We encourage you to participate in as many Build My Future events as possible.
