The Construction Guidelines is a set of documents developed by Owners, Architects, Engineers and Contractors as construction industry best practices in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The goal of these guidelines is to produce more efficient, timely and economical construction for the mutual benefit of all parties.  The Construction Guidelines are developed and continuously updated by the Construction Alliance which has been in existence for decades.

Each month the Construction Alliance features a specific Construction Guideline for participants in the industry to review and provide any comments, thoughts, suggested updates or edits, etc.  The full list of Construction Guidelines is available through this link.  We encourage you to send your thoughts on this month’s featured guideline to Denise Hasty.
