The AGCMO Leadership Academy is a proven way to increase job performance at a reasonable cost in a workable time frame. This curriculum has been tested and delivered over 238 times for AGC chapters nationwide. What makes it unique and valuable is the professional delivery method and vital soft-skills topics. This is a learn-to do-by-doing experience anchored in action, insights and encouragement. Participants are held accountable for using the material and reporting on outcomes. Results? Greater awareness of both strengths and areas for development. Each 4 hour session is spaced over a series of 5 months to allow time for contemplation and acquiring new skills. Attendees are across the range of key personnel regardless of age and industry experience.
