Speaker: Dr. Peter Boumgarden, Professor of Practice, Strategy and Organization, Olin Business School at Washington University
Developing high-performing teams is difficult, especially when dealing with players that are fiercely independent and sometimes misaligned in terms of their performance incentives. At this session, Dr. Boumgarden will help participants explore how to build a "team of teams" and get high performance from all individuals in the pursuit of a larger vision through a mix of theory, practice, and design thinking.
