AGCMO/MoDOT Co-op Meeting - Dec 5 & 6

AGCMO members and guests are encouraged to attend our Annual Co-op Meeting, which allows MoDOT administration and employees and industry contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers to grow their working relationship. Registrants are updated on current specs and industry issues through various speakers, a series of Breakout Sessions and a General Session. The meeting has experienced tremendous growth throughout past years. We anticipate 480+ people. Exhibit space and sponsorship opportunities are available. The network opportunities at this meeting are invaluable.

Registration Fees:
$110 - per person for AGCMO Members and DBE Firms
$275 - per person for Non-Members
$750 - Exhibitor - includes two (2) meeting registrations, booth set up at Dec. 5 Lunch & Reception; and Dec. 6 Breakfast & General Session . Limited to 12 qty.
Sleeping Rooms @ The Lodge of Four Seasons:
The Lodge has a very limited amount of sleeping rooms available for Tuesday evening, December 4; and Wednesday evening, December 5. Room rate is $109 + applicable taxes. We suggest you call The Lodge ASAP to secure your room.

If the Lodge is sold out, their staff will provide you with the option of being placed on their Wait List. As they receive cancellations, The Lodge staff will contact you and confirm you want a sleeping room.
If you are placed on a Wait List, you can go ahead and secure a room at The Resort at Port Arrowhead (3080 Bagnell Dam Blvd., Lake Ozark 65049), who will handle our overflow and will honor our $99 conference rate. Then if you are able to get a room at The Lodge, you would be able to cancel the room at Port Arrowhead up to three days in advance of check-in.
