Mission Statement

The Highway & Transportation Division of the AGC of Missouri shall be the unified voice of member firms, benefiting the entire industry. The Division shall provide workforce development and advocacy services and work with public agencies, stakeholders and industry partners to improve industry conditions and inform members of industry related issues. The Division shall support the strategic initiatives of the AGC of Missouri and promote full and open competition.

Highway Division Committees
There are several committees specifically working on Highway & Transportation issues.
AGCMO/MoDOT Joint Bridge Committee - Regular meetings are held with AGCMO contractors and MoDOT representatives to review and discuss issues of specific interest to bridge contractors, including items such as abutment treatments, bridge approach construction, and other issues.
AGCMO/MoDOT Joint Grading/Specialty Contractor Committee - This committee also meets regularly with MoDOT representatives to work on grading issues such as erosion control and other items. 
Safety & Health Policy Committee - Safety representatives from AGCMO member companies meet with MoDOT personnel to insure proper safety techniques and practices are in place.
