White brings a wealth of experience from his background in construction, project management, and facilities. His career includes pivotal roles at CareSTL Health where he served as Director of Facilities, and The UP Companies, where he served in business development.

In addition to his professional achievements, White is an active member of the community, recognized as a 2023 St. Louis American Salute to Young Leader Awardee and a co-founder of The Young Business Professionals of St. Louis. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Ranken Technical College, a completion of an apprenticeship through IBEW Local 1, and is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated.

“Terron’s experience in the construction field made him the ideal candidate for this position,” said Toenjes. ”At CareSTL Health, Terron partnered with the industry regarding recruitment, retention and succession planning. At The UP Companies, he executed new initiatives and worked with key organizations like Building Union Diversity (BUD), MOKAN Construction Contractors Assistance Center and CCDI (Construction Career Development Initiative) to increase MBE (minority business enterprise) and WBE (women’s’ business enterprise) recruitment.
